The hires they are looking to make now will form part of the initial leadership team. They are looking for those with an entrepreneurial spirit to help collaboratively make their new geography a huge success.

All earnings demonstrated are tax free and net.

Candidate requirements

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who is a supervisor in a retail trading / CFD operations team and would like to step up into a bigger role. There is obvious responsibility to build and grow a team over time that deals with everything trade lifecycles for CFD products, but especially in the beginning stages where you will be required to act as a business manager, supporting the managing director with extra ad-hoc tasks to help run the office, including some HR, projects, and anything that will make the office start-up successful.
