About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a food delivery application ,The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, achieve performance targets, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, while continuously improving processes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily app operations, including orders, drivers, and restaurant/vendor partnerships.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage field teams, customer service, and technical support.
• Develop operational plans to enhance customer and partner experience.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.
• Establish and maintain effective operational policies and procedures.
• Quickly resolve operational challenges to maintain uninterrupted service.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in operations management, preferably in food delivery or ride-hailing services.
• Strong understanding of the app-based delivery and logistics market.
• Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using order tracking systems and dashboards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
