At Sana Commerce, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive BDR Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is instrumental in enabling our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to succeed by owning and optimizing the core sales engagement tech stackincluding Outreach, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo and leading process improvements that drive outbound efficiency.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a BDR or SDR role, combined with a strong operational mindset. Youll be the bridge between strategy and executiontranslating GTM goals into scalable processes, clean data, and high-performing tools and will also be responsible for maintaining a consistent, effective BDR playbook.

Job Description
What you&aposll be doing:
- Own and administer BDR platforms (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), including integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
- Continuously optimize the BDR tech stack, recommending and implementing modern tools and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-powered personalization/enrichment) to improve performance.
- Design and refine scalable prospecting workflows and cadences, ensuring BDRs have timely, accurate, and relevant data to drive outbound success.
- Develop and maintain training, onboarding, and tool documentation in collaboration with Revenue Enablement, ensuring consistent process adoption.
- Own BDR performance reporting and dashboards, delivering actionable insights on activity, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and communicate productivity blockers and opportunities for optimization, leveraging insights to improve outbound results and target attainment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Revenue Operations to align GTM execution, territory planning, and tool usage.
Qualifications
What you&aposll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales/BDR Operations or as a BDR/SDR with deep tool fluency.
- Strong admin-level experience with Outreach.
- Hands-on experience with Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or a comparable CRM platform).
- Willingness to work hybrid from our Dubai office (3 days in office)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and improve processes.
- Strong communication, documentation, and training skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience integrating sales tools with CRMs and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of lead routing, data enrichment, and territory assignment best practices.
- Basic understanding of sales analytics and pipeline metrics.
