About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment operations, the Senior Executive - Recruitment executes a streamlined recruitment process in the respective functional area by effectively coordinating candidate evaluations, facilitating interviews, and managing stakeholder communications. This role focuses on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting organizational talent acquisition goals. Including:
- Lead recruitment efforts for senior roles and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and support.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipelines, and challenges to drive alignment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations including postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct Behavioral Based Interviews (BBI) and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Oversee the offer process, including drafting offers and facilitating negotiations.
- Drive quality of hire by ensuring alignment on technical expertise, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while enhancing overall candidate experience.
- Continuously identify process improvements, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
- UAE National
- Bachelor&aposs degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years of experience preferably in a shared services organization.
- Deep knowledge of HRIS, applicant tracking systems & other recruitment technologies
- Knowledge of sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and referral programs
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred
