Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across social media and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads. You will also create and manage landing pages, analyze campaign performance, and oversee social media accounts to grow our online footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Design and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to generate qualified real estate leads.
  • Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage tracking pixels and conversion goals across platforms.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and report performance of all digital campaigns, assess against ROI and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, whatsapp and email marketing.

Landing Pages & Funnels:

  • Create high-converting landing pages using tools such as WordPress, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize page performance.
Social Media Monitoring
  • Monitor social media activity, respond to inquiries, and engage with the community to build brand awareness.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems to track and report on leads and conversions.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve performance continuously.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, ideally within the real estate or property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram).
  • Experience creating landing pages and sales funnels that convert.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficient in content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet lead targets consistently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience using real estate CRMs (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Salesforce, or similar).
