Golden Frame Group is expanding its elite real estate division and we're looking for ambitious, intelligent, and driven Real Estate Brokers to join our high-performance team. With a strong foundation in luxury fit-out, architecture, and design, our real estate branch goes beyond selling we curate lifestyle investments.

Responsibilities- Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in Dubai's secondary market focusing on prime areas like Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Living, Downtown, Marina, and Meydan.
- Build a strong understanding of community profiles, unit types, ROI potential, and lifestyle offerings.
- Generate and follow up on leads via calling, referrals, digital channels, and network outreach.
- Coordinate and host property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow structured pipelines, and track client activity.
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to create engaging property content and campaigns.
- Uphold our standards of elegance, transparency, and long-term relationship building.
- Optional: contribute to personal branding and company content by appearing in filmed campaigns.
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, luxury retail, aviation, or hospitality is required.
- Strong interest in Dubai's real estate market and a good grasp of numbers, ROI, and investment logic.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- High level of personal presentation, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
- Driven, proactive, and able to manage your time independently.
- Comfortable with calling, building new relationships, and reaching ambitious targets.
- Based in Dubai.

Please note: This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary. However, we offer a highly competitive commission split, above the current market standard.
