Role Overview
  • The Digital Marketing Associate Manager will lead the development and execution of innovative digital strategies to drive brand growth, customer engagement, lead generation, loyalty and acquisition.
  • Based on data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital platforms and a passion for delivering measurable results.
  • The role manages the MEA Digital Media Agency while coordinating closely with the regional EAME agency and to internal stakeholders and business areas to ensure alignment and maximize performance across markets. With strong analytical and creative skills.
Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions
  • Manage the Digital Media Agency for the MEA region, ensuring strong performance, alignment with brand objectives, and efficient budget utilization.
  • Liaise, collaborate, and coordinate closely with the regional Digital Media Agency in EAME to ensure consistency in strategy, reporting, execution and alignment of campaigns and best-practice adoption.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Define the strategy and execute digital advertising across different platforms and digital media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, display, SEM, programmatic, social media… ) to drive ROI.
  • Coordinate with Digital CRM Manager to plan and execute CRM-based campaigns, including email marketing and automation workflows.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, producing performance dashboards and actionable insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Work with Marketing, Branding, Loyalty, Franchises and revenue teams to align messaging and campaign objectives. Overseeing content creation for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital tools, trends, and technologies.
  • Support hotels with digital media activation and consultancy in digital strategy for the hotels in the MEA sub-region.
  • Drive engagement in Hyatt EAME Central Digital Solutions (Shared Search, Koddi, Coop Campaigns) and ensure active participation from all hotels in the MEA sub-region.
  • Active stakeholder management by leading regular catch-ups with hotels and with key stakeholders like GMs/AVPs/MDs/Owners.
  • Training and mentorship to hotel marcoms and digital clusters/managers across MEA sub-region.

Qualifications:

Experience
  • 4+ years of digital Marketing expertise required
  • Experience with industry tools required (Adobe, Google Analytics … )
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working with or managing external agencies, especially across multiple regions.
  • Strong expertise in SEM, Digital media and analytic tools
  • Experience with Marketing automation and CRM is a plus
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Knowledge and/or hands on experience within the cloud based marketing technology platforms including personalization, content management, data and analytics, ecommerce, CRM, Mobile and collaboration tools.
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
  • High level proficiency in Digital Analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics) and Digital marketing platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, Metasearch, Display/Programmatic and Affiliate players in Europe and Middle East)
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
