Structural Designer

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Structural Designer with 7+ years of experience to create, model, and detail structural designs for building, modular, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oil & Gas, EPC, or modular building fabrication projects and hands-on experience with structural design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural designs, drawings, and 3D models for buildings, modular units, and industrial structures.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Perform structural calculations and validate designs against applicable codes and standards.
• Review and modify designs based on project requirements and client feedback.
• Support fabrication and construction teams with design-related queries.
• Maintain documentation of design revisions and project files.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Structural Designer, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, or modular building fabrication projects.
• Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Tekla Structures, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
