Architectural Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design, plan, and oversee architectural aspects of building and modular projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC, modular building fabrication, or commercial/residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and detailed layouts for projects.
• Collaborate with structural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure design coordination.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and approve architectural drawings and plans from consultants and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance on materials, finishes, and design specifications.
• Support project execution by resolving design-related issues during construction or fabrication.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of design deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution, preferably in EPC or modular building projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
