Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead full life-cycle recruitment for all functions within the Global markets, regional, and corporate roles.
  • Align recruitment strategies with short- and long-term business objectives in partnership with regional stakeholders and global HR teams.
  • Participate in global workforce planning initiatives, providing critical market insights and talent forecasts to anticipate regional hiring needs.
  • Advise senior leadership on market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and strategic hiring approaches.
Talent Sourcing, Market Mapping & Pipeline Development
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies tailored to each markets unique landscape and business needs.
  • Identify and engage top-tier talent across the region, including both active and passive candidates, ensuring alignment with the brands luxury standards and culture.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and future needs, enabling faster, more efficient hiring cycles.
  • Conduct in-market research, retail benchmarking, and talent mapping, including boutique visits and competitor analysis.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand Advocacy
  • Deliver a refined, high-touch candidate experience consistent with the expectations of a global luxury brand.
  • Manage the interview process, from initial screening through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and a premium experience at every step.
  • Champion the employer brand across the region, ensuring that every candidate interaction reinforces the companys values and reputation for excellence.
Talent Management, Internal Mobility & Succession Planning
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support succession planning and internal mobility programs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and talent development trajectories to identify high-potential individuals and facilitate career pathing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global and regional HR programs, tools, and systems that enhance recruitment effectiveness and talent retention.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably within the luxury retail, lifestyle, or hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record in regional recruitment across multiple geographies, with a strong understanding of the Middle East talent market.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation with cross-functional collaboration across corporate and frontline functions.
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, employer branding, interview methodologies, and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align talent strategies to business goals and operational challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
