Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A Levantine restaurant in Dubai, highly recognized by the Michelin Guide offering high-quality food at good value.

• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, and ensure that they have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience
• Manage reservations, including taking and confirming bookings, updating reservation logs, and communicating with guests to confirm details
• Assist with a range of other restaurant operations, such as answering phones, taking orders, handling payments, and preparing bills
• Communicate with servers to let them know when guests have been seated, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Open to Levant nationals, 30 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or similar filed
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as hostess, ideally in Levant restaurants
• Must have good communication skills & highly presentable

Salary: AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
