As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a Sales Director in Dubai to lead our growth in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with IBs, MIBs, and other strategic partners in the CFD, FX, and online trading spacehelping us scale our IB network and drive revenue growth.
Your Role- Drive Business Growth: Build and manage a high-value client portfolio, leveraging your network and market knowledge to uncover opportunities.
- Lead and Inspire: Recruit, mentor, and guide a team of Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Strategize for Success: Develop innovative strategies to boost sales performance and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing to design targeted campaigns and maximize lead conversions.
- Champion Data-Driven Excellence: Use analytics to refine sales processes, identify trends, and deliver measurable results.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the financial services sector.
- A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing teams.
