Requirements:
- 8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition within large, complex organisations in the UAE
- Established experience leading a recruitment team or function
- Proven ability to build efficient processes
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Highly customer-focused approach
- Experience with recruitment tech and data
- Comfortable in dynamic, start-up settings
