Guildhall is proud to be partnering with a passionate and fast-growing business in the pet care and veterinary space that’s looking for a General Manager to take the lead at their flagship facility in Dubai. This is more than just a senior role, it’s a chance to truly shape a growing brand.Beyond operations and strategy, you’ll be the heart of the business, making sure every pet, and every pet parent, receives the care, comfort, and experience they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure smooth, high-quality customer experience across touchpoints
- Manage schedules, SOPs, facility maintenance, and regulatory compliance
- Manage operations across multiple departments (daycare, grooming, clinic, retail, training)
- Lead, train, and retain a high-performing team (vets, groomers, daycare, reception, etc.)
- Act as the face of the business for VIP clients and customer concerns
- Build partnerships with pet brands, influencers, and local businesses
- Drive financial performance (P&L, budgeting, reporting)
- Roll out new services, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with ownership on business expansion, innovation, and growth targets.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years in operations or general management (hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or pet care preferred)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Financially savvy (comfortable with P&L, KPIs, budgeting)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Passionate about animals and service excellence
