We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our new nursery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the overall operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of early years practitioners to ensure high standards of care and education.
• Design and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities in line with the nurserys curriculum and development goals.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children and staff.
• Maintain strong and effective communication with parents, guardians, and external agencies.
• Oversee administrative and financial aspects of the nursery, including budgeting, resource allocation, and staff scheduling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a nursery or early years setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Sound knowledge of childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team effectively.
