Personal Assistant to CEO/Owner (Preference Arabic Speaker)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to the CEO/Owner to provide executive and administrative support. The ideal candidate preference is an Arabic speaker with an accounts or finance background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official documents.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
Support basic accounting and financial coordination, including invoices, expense tracking, and document management.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Be available to work flexibly according to UK business hours and business requirements.
Requirements
fluent Arabic and English communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Accounts or finance experience will be a strong advantage.
Flexible with working hours and able to support the CEO as required.
