For our Liquidity Business, we are seeking an ambitious, high-performance Commercial Manager to take full ownership of a dedicated sales territory. This is a rare full-cycle revenue role that combines the aggressive growth mindset of a Sales Hunter with the long-term strategic vision of an Account Manager.
About the Role
In this role, you are not just a salesperson; you are the CEO of your own portfolio. You will drive growth by acquiring new high-value business clients (New Logos) and then actively managing those relationships to maximize their long-term success and revenue generation.You will operate in a dynamic, high-reward environment where your performance directly dictates your earning potential through a multi-layered compensation model that rewards new business wins, portfolio growth, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition (The Hunter Focus)- Identify & Close: Aggressively prospect and close new B2B clients. Bringing in New Logos is the foundation of your growth strategy and the most heavily weighted metric in your success scorecard.
- Manage the Full Deal Cycle: Own the entire sales process from initial outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and closing. You will be the primary commercial voice for the client during this phase.
- Strategic Targeting: Focus on high-value prospects where our technology stack (SaaS platforms, payment solutions, and trading infrastructure) solves critical business problems.
- Maximize Lifetime Value: Unlike traditional sales roles where you close and move on, here you retain commercial ownership. You are responsible for ensuring your clients are active, funded, and utilizing our platform to its fullest potential.
- Drive Recurring Revenue: Your ongoing success is tied to the activity of your clients. You will monitor usage trends and proactively engage clients to increase their transaction volume and platform adoption.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products from our ecosystem, such as upgraded software licenses (SaaS), new payment gateways, or enhanced liquidity solutions.
- Partner with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) who handle the technical onboarding and day-to-day support. You remain the commercial lead for renewals, contract expansions, and high-level relationship management.
- Experience: 5 -7 years of complex B2B sales experience, in liquidity, prime brokerage, prime-of-prime, broker technology, trading infrastructure companies, institutional brokerages, and crypto / digital asset liquidity providers. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You should be able to speak to your specific numbers (e.g., I grew my territory by X% or I closed Y number of new logos last year).
- Proven track record of closing LP agreements or prime brokerage mandates.
- Comfortable with MT4/MT5 bridge technology, FIX API, and basic derivatives structures (spreads, rollovers).
- The Hybrid Skill Set: You must be equally comfortable hunting (cold calling, prospecting, closing) and farming (relationship building, account mapping, retention).
- CFD knowledge.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand how to read a contract, negotiate pricing terms, and manage a deal to closure. You understand the difference between gross revenue and net profit.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You are comfortable being measured by transparent KPIs and can use data to forecast your monthly performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arab.
- Highly appreciated (not mandatory): Experience in the FX, Crypto, or Trading industry.
- Prior experience at an LP ECN/MTF or white label broker tech provider.
- Regulatory awareness.
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the region.
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage pipeline accuracy.
