As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to standardise DevOps practices, drive efficiencies, and promote a DevOps-first culture across the organisation
Client Details
A leading global organisation is looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to drive infrastructure automation and CI/CD adoption across business units. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape the company's DevOps strategy and lead transformation at scale.
Description- Lead the design, development, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines
- Define SOPs and best practices for infrastructure automation and pipeline deployment
- Champion DevOps adoption across business units, mentoring teams and setting technical direction
- Deliver end-to-end infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and orchestration tools
- Manage cloud infrastructure - with a focus on Azure or AWS CloudWatch
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure tooling and services align with enterprise goals
- Integrate and enhance ITSM workflows within ServiceNow
- Monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of systems and deployments
- Play a lead role in a major technology transformation initiative

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure roles.
- Strong technical background in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with VMware Aria is beneficial but not mandatory
- Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Ansible, orchestration tools, and cloud monitoring
- Deep understanding of DevOps culture, practices, and tools
- Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Confident communicator able to influence technical teams and business stakeholders alike
- Experience in global or regional organisations with distributed teams.
- Candidates must be currently based in The UAE
