Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Relationship Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties, and negotiating deals. If you're passionate about real estate and delivering excellent customer service, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.Client Consultations:Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide property recommendations.Show Properties:Organize and conduct property viewings for clients.Negotiate & Close Sales:Help clients negotiate prices and prepare contracts.Ensure smooth closings.Provide Market Insights:Stay informed on property trends, pricing, and competitive listings.Customer Service:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:Previous sales experience (Developer real estate experience is mandatory)Strong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a goal-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHands on CRM and property listing platformsValid real estate license
