Job Overview
Analog is seeking a visionary Director of Analog Education to lead the development and deployment of our AI-powered learning solutions across K12 systems in the UAE and beyond. This role is central to Analogs mission of redefining the future of education through responsible, engaging, and curriculum-aligned applications of AI.The Director will architect and drive the education verticals strategy, oversee end-to-end program development, and ensure tangible outcomes for students, educators, and institutional partners.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic planning, product innovation, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international education systems, AI and edtech trends, curriculum design, and stakeholder alignmentfrom ministries and regulators to school leaders and teachers.The Director will also serve as a public-facing thought leader for Analog in the education domain.
Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Define the vision, roadmap, goals, and KPIs for Analog Education, ensuring alignment with company priorities and measurable impact on student outcomes.
- Team Building & Leadership: Lead and grow cross-functional teams of learning engineers, instructional designers, and content developers; recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent.
- AI Innovation: Identify high-impact AI applications in K12 education; lead prototyping and MVP development of learning tools and platforms powered by Ana (Analog Neural Agent).
- Pilot Design & Testing: Oversee classroom pilots and A/B testing of new features and models; use data-driven insights to inform iteration and scale.
- Curriculum & Compliance: Align all offerings with UAE and international curricula; ensure compliance with ADEC and MOE regulatory frameworks.
- Scalable Program Development: Design modular, age-appropriate educational contentlesson plans, project briefs, and AI-integrated activitiesthat support core subject pathways.
- Educator Enablement: Develop and deliver professional development for teachers and school leaders of all technical proficiencies; integrate AI into classroom practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with curriculum leads, school heads, government partners, and industry players to drive program adoption and sustainability.
- Impact Measurement: Define and track learning outcomes (e.g., engagement, achievement gains); develop case studies and reports to demonstrate educational and commercial ROI.
- Technology Adoption: Evaluate and implement new edtech and AI platforms; ensure tools are intuitive, effective, and integrated into school operations.
- Delivery Standardization: Build frameworks, documentation, and toolkits for repeatable deployment across multiple partner schools and regions.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Analog at conferences, author whitepapers, and advise education stakeholders on ethical, effective AI integration in learning.
Qualifications
Education :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years in educational leadership, preferably in a technical subject area or within a leading edtech company.
- Startup experience required, with a proven ability to lead initiatives from zero to one in fast-paced environments.
- Strong ownership of commercial functionsbudgeting, pricing, and cost optimization for learning products and services.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale education projects, including multistakeholder coordination and public-private partnerships.
- Deep familiarity with UAE educational governance and procurement processes, including ADEC compliance.
- Strong track record navigating accreditation, regulatory documentation, and program evaluation.
- Ability to distill complex AI and technical concepts into educator-friendly language.
- Demonstrated fluency across modern edtech tools, platforms, and LMS ecosystems.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a rigorous eye for budgeting, compliance, and outcomes. Additional Desirable Attributes
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with successful startup experience, fundraising, or grant-writing accomplishments.
- Experience launching and evaluating AI-powered education initiatives, with quantifiable ROI and learner performance data.
- Knowledge of the UAEs international education market, including school pricing structures, fee caps, and subsidy programs.
- Expert facilitator and trainer with public-speaking excellence; able to monetize PD offerings and support customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with edtech sales and customer success workflows to ensure adoption, retention, and commercial growth.
- This role involves both office-based work and on-site customer-facing activities.
- Travel to customer sites may be required.
