• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and provide solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
• Monitor construction processes to identify and rectify any deviations from quality standards promptly.
• Ensure all materials, methods, and workmanship comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training and guiding site personnel on quality assurance best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest quality control regulations and technologies in the construction industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant software tools.
• Valid certification related to Quality Assurance or Construction Quality Control is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
