About the Role
Keeta is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Marketing & Campaign Operations Manager to become the growth engine for our key accounts. In this role, you will design and execute data-driven marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and unlock growth opportunities through deep user, merchant, and category insights.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and User Growth teams to transform insights into action and drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute differentiated marketing strategies based on category characteristics and brand positioning, including mega campaigns, thematic promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Design and optimize end-to-end growth funnels focused on order growth, conversion rate improvement, and user retention.
- Provide customized marketing solutions for strategic accounts to drive GMV growth and overall platform contribution.
- Analyze user behavior and merchant performance to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Establish campaign evaluation frameworks and continuously optimize performance through data-driven insights.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, resource coordination, execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales, and User Growth teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Develop scalable playbooks, campaign templates, and best practices to support merchant growth and sales enablement.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and business performance.
- 3–5 years of experience in internet platforms, e-commerce, local services, growth marketing, or campaign operations roles.
- Strong understanding of local services, food delivery, or F&B industries, with deep insights into user behavior and merchant operations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing projects from strategy through execution and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign performance analytics.
- SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align multiple teams around common goals.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools, automation solutions, or advanced analytics to improve marketing performance is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Own campaigns that directly drive GMV growth and merchant success.
- Combine marketing strategy, analytics, and commercial impact in one role.
- Work closely with strategic accounts and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Build scalable growth frameworks and best practices that influence business performance at scale.
