HR Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient HR service delivery, compliance with labor laws, and a seamless employee experience across the organization.

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience handling employee documentation, visa processes, and payroll coordination.
• Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in process improvement and HR operations excellence is preferred.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
• Oversee payroll coordination, HR documentation, HRMS, visas, labor cards, and Emirates ID processes.
• Drive HR process improvements, policy implementation, and operational excellence.
• Prepare HR reports, support employee relations, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee experience.
