Job Description

As the Alliances & Channel Partnerships Lead, you will own the full lifecycle of strategic alliances, reseller channels, and technology integrations that drive Sai's adoption and revenue. You will craft partnerships strategy, secure high-impact partners (starting with GCC telcos, CCaaS/CRM vendors, BPOs, and consultancies), and build scalable enablement programmes that showcase Sai's voice-AI capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Map and segment the global partner landscape (telcos, CCaaS/UCaaS, CRM/CX vendors, ISVs, broker & consultant networks).
  • Define tiering, commercial models, and joint GTM motions that highlight Sai's voice + chat stack.
  • Source, negotiate, and close resale, OEM, integration, and referral agreementsbeginning with GCC and expanding to Europe & SEA.
  • Build self-serve partner tools: portal, demo sandboxes with voice call flows, certification paths, and co-marketing kits (case studies, webinars, events).
  • Own partner pipeline, revenue targets, and attach-rate for voice AI; analyse performance in HubSpot/Salesforce and iterate programmes.
  • Liaise with Product on voice integrations (SIP, Twilio, WebRTC) and with Ops on usage-based billing for call minutes.
  • Feed competitive and partner feedbackespecially on ASR accuracy and latencyinto Sai's roadmap and pricing experiments.
Qualifications
  • 7 + years in alliances/channel roles for B2B SaaS (CCaaS, CX, AI, or CRM preferred), with 3 + years covering GCC markets.
  • Track record of programmes generating US$5 M+ annual partner-sourced ARR.
  • Familiarity with Voice-AI ecosystems (speech-to-text, SIP, carrier integrations) and usage-based commercial models.
  • Strong network among telcos, CX outsourcers, CRM/ERP vendors, and vertical SaaS ISVs.
  • Negotiation & commercial modelling skills; comfortable structuring revenue-share and multi-year commitments.
  • Data-driven operator fluent in partnership OKRs, funnel analytics, and hub-based CRM workflows.
