Junior Traffic Coordinator

Job Description

The Junior Traffic Coordinator will assist in managing project workflows, resource allocation, and deadlines to ensure work is delivered efficiently and on time. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in project management and agency operations within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating daily workflow across creative, content, design, video, and strategy teams
• Create and manage project tickets, task assignments, and timelines
• Track project progress and follow up with team members on deadlines and deliverables
• Support traffic meetings and maintain project status reports
• Coordinate with account managers to ensure client requests are communicated accurately to internal teams
• Monitor workload distribution and escalate scheduling conflicts when necessary
• Ensure all project briefs, approvals, and assets are received before work begins
• Update project management systems and maintain accurate records
• Assist in quality checks to ensure deliverables meet agency standards before submission
• Support the Operations and Traffic team with administrative and reporting tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, traffic or operation.
• Internship or agency experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English communication is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
