We are on the lookout for a highly talented and self-motivated Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join us on our journey in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.
Mandatory Technical Skills: -
▸ 8+ years Oracle fusion HCM experience
▸ Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features within Fusion HCM
▸ Proficiency in Redwood UX: Page Composer, VBS, Redwood themes, Smart/Quick Actions▸ Strong VBCS development: REST API integrations, custom pages, event handlers, service
connections
▸ Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula (Core HR & Payroll)
▸ Deep knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL for mass data management
▸ Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integration scenarios
▸ REST API and SOAP web services development using Fusion HCM APIs
Functional Domain Knowledge
▸ Strong understanding of Core HR (Global HR), Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC
Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits
▸ Ability to translate complex HR business requirements into scalable Fusion HCM configurations.
