We are looking for a Thai (C1–C2) speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is a great opportunity to build your career in customer support while living in a modern and fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and helpful support to customers
Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
Follow company guidelines and procedures

Requirements

Thai (C1–C2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a customer support environment
Willingness to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) and work on-site
Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
