Field Sales Executive - Fujairah

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality industry to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Present and demonstrate our hospitality services to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and customer expectations.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand professional connections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or related service industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Good understanding of the hospitality market and customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
