With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice Dubais new luxurious Venetian-Inspired Waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our onsite Supervision team based at (Dubai South).
As a Technical Architect at Azizi, you will be a vital member of our Technical Office team, reporting directly to the Technical Manager Architectural. You will be responsible for coordinating all technical aspects between the design consultants, internal engineering teams, and contractors across all disciplines, including Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior Design works.Your role will involve reviewing and validating design deliverables, ensuring constructability, compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and alignment with site requirements.
At Azizi, we manage the entire project lifecyclefrom design development through construction supervision to property managementupholding the highest standards of quality and precision. You will lead technical coordination meetings, identify and resolve design conflicts, support value engineering initiatives, and provide proactive solutions to site-related technical challenges.Through your expertise, you will ensure the design intent is practically and efficiently translated into successful on-site execution, contributing to the seamless delivery of our iconic developments.
Desired Candidate Profile- Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 8+ years experience, with at least 5 years in a Technical Office role with Main Contractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and technical detailing.
- Expertise in preparing and coordinating shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submissions.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM knowledge is a plus), and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent understanding of architectural specifications, standards, and project documentation.
- Experience in coordination with Structural, MEP, and ID teams.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications.
- Coordinate technical drawings with Structural, MEP, and ID teams for clash-free execution.
- Study IFC drawings and identify discrepancies, raising RFIs when necessary.
- Assist in material submittals and technical documentation required for project approvals.
- Support site teams by providing detailed technical solutions and clarifications.
- Review subcontractor/shop drawings and ensure integration with overall project design.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on site modifications and client requirements.
