Role Overview:
We are looking for a Field Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support in outdoor environments, ensuring smooth IT operations at client sites and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Manage daily IT operations and ensure smooth business continuity.
- Assist with the installation of hardware, software, and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Provide support for WAN/LAN connectivity and network-related issues.
- Offer support for fingerprint machines and attendance systems.
- Perform system backups and restore users files and device configurations.
- Ensure the security and protection of data storage.
- Enforce IT policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor network activities, identify, and prevent systematic errors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Maximum 3 years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting (basic level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Availability to work on-site (both local and remote support).
- Preferred: CCNA certification.
