Role Overview
A high-impact Executive Assistant role supporting the Chairman, focused on managing priorities, protecting time, and ensuring seamless execution across business. This role requires discretion, speed, and strong organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and time prioritization
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups
- Act as a gatekeeper for all communications (email, calls, stakeholders)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Track tasks and ensure timely execution with zero follow-up gaps
- Handle end-to-end travel planning and logistics
- Support stakeholder coordination (internal leadership, investors, VIPs)
- Manage confidential documents and executive correspondence
- Assist with events, board meetings, and key engagements
Must Haves:
- 9+ years as an Executive Assistant to Chairman
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Advanced MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- High discretion, professionalism, and reliability
