About Us
Deluxe Holiday Homes is one of the Middle Easts largest vacationrental and propertymanagement operators. The Group manages 800 + holiday homes, runs realestate brokerage, maintenance, interior design, warehousing, fleet, and wellness units, and employs 250+ staff in the UAE.
About the Role:
This role is the core translator between business needs and software execution. You will work on-site in Dubai with department heads and operations teams to extract problems, map processes, gather detailed requirements, and convert ideas into user stories, PRDs, workflows, and vendor deliverables.From PMS to ERP to AI implementationyou will support our entire digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Needs Discovery: Shadow frontline teams (Reservations, CS, GROs, Finance, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and digitization opportunities.
- Process Mapping & Gap Analysis: Create as-is and to-be workflows to support automation, AI, ERP, and tech upgrades.
- Data Analysis & Benchmarking: Analyze process metrics, generate charts, perform internal/external benchmarking to support feature prioritization.
- PRD & Documentation: Write structured PRDs, user stories, wireframes, charts, and flow diagrams that reflect operational needs and business logic.
- Project Coordination: Manage software and automation initiatives across PMS (SCALE), ERP (Oracle NetSuite), and AI-based tools (OpenAI, Make.com, Zapier).
- Tech Team Bridge: Communicate Dubai-side business logic clearly to Armenian devs and vendors; assist with sprint planning, QA, and UAT.
- Post-Go-Live Monitoring: Measure impact, track adoption, and iterate based on real results and user feedback.
Requirements:
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in software, ERP, hospitality tech, or related SaaS domain
- Demonstrated experience writing PRDs, user stories, and wireframes
- Able to live inside operations: you must be physically present and understand the real-world workflows
- Experience working between on-site business teams and remote developers/vendors
- Familiarity with JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar tools
- Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong English (written + spoken); bonus for Arabic, Russian, or Armenian
- Familiarity with hospitality, property management, real estate, or fintech is a plus
- Basic understanding of SQL, Airtable, Google Sheets formulas, or APIs is preferred
