Heidelberg Materials Trading is the international trading arm of Heidelberg Materials, one of the world's largest building materials companies, handling overseas drybulk product exports and imports across global markets. We are looking for a talented individual to join our Admin Team in our Dubai Office as:
Jr. Administrative Assistant
As the Jr. Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Admin Team. You will work closely with the Admin Team to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and provide essential support to the staff. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Admin Team with daily office operations and general administrative duties
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office-related purchases and services
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Assist the Admin Team with arranging office events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative/Office Assistant or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
