Human Resources Director (Energy Sector)

Job Description
Our client is a market leader in the Energy sector with Middle East Operations, are looking for a Human Resources Director to lead and manage all HR functions for a dynamic company in the energy sector. This key role reports directly to the CEO, overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives to drive our organizational success.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies that align with the company&aposs overall business objectives and growth strategy.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, to attract top-tier talent in the energy industry.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable.
- Champion employee engagement and company culture initiatives to foster a motivated and committed workforce.
- Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR effectiveness.
Key Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Must have Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master&aposs degree is a plus.
- Must have 12-15 years of experience in the HR Domain with 3-5 years working as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
