We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support, addressing inquiries, and assisting potential buyers, tenants, and investors throughout their property journey.This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits in a timely and professional manner.
Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, payment plans, and community features.
Coordinate with sales and leasing agents to follow up on leads and support ongoing client communication.
Assist in scheduling property viewings and coordinating with relevant teams or agents.
Handle complaints or issues promptly and escalate to the relevant department when needed.
Support walk-in clients at the office or property site with information and brochures.
Keep up to date with new project launches, developer updates, and market trends.

Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic and other language skills are a plus).
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate regulations, communities, and property types.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
