• Assist clients in navigating UAE property laws, regulations, financing options, and Golden Visa eligibility.
• Develop personalized property solutions tailored to individual and corporate client needs.
• Manage client portfolios, ensuring optimized returns and long-term investment success.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions, ensuring compliance and transparency.
• Utilize market trends and data-driven insights to help clients make informed real estate decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Coordinate property viewings and provide high-quality presentations of available listings.
• Collaborate with developers, financial institutions, and legal teams to streamline transactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE real estate license.
• Proven experience in real estate consulting or property advisory.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market, including key developments and investment areas.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations, tax structures, and financing options.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• UAE driving license and access to transportation.
