Office Manager / Secretary (Fluent in Chinese & English)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager / Secretary to support our senior management team and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and secretarial duties for senior management
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and business appointments
  • Handle internal and external communications in a professional manner
  • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and official documents
  • Support travel arrangements, visas, and logistics coordination
  • Maintain filing systems and confidential company records
  • Act as a communication bridge between departments and external partners
  • Assist in office management and operational coordination when required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Office Manager / Executive Secretary)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in an international or corporate environment is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information professionally
  • Based in UAE or willing to relocate
