A key role has become available in our Head Office, seeking a highly skilled Receptionist cum Admin Secretary to join our exceptional team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Greeting visitors, providing them with refreshments as they wait, and ensuring they are supported throughout their office visit. Additionally, calendar management, mail sorting, and copy making duties are expected.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Reception or Administrative Secretary roles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Able to Speak English & Arabic Fluently
