A key role has become available in our Head Office, seeking a highly skilled Receptionist cum Admin Secretary to join our exceptional team.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Greeting visitors, providing them with refreshments as they wait, and ensuring they are supported throughout their office visit. Additionally, calendar management, mail sorting, and copy making duties are expected.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Reception or Administrative Secretary roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to Speak English & Arabic Fluently
