Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in representing our company with warmth and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting clients during office visits, managing phone calls, and maintaining a smooth front-desk operation. You will also be responsible for preparing client contracts, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, and keeping office documents well-organized.

In addition, you will support basic accounting functions such as expense tracking, invoice recording, and maintaining financial records. Generating regular company reports and assisting with internal documentation will also be part of your role.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in reception, office administration, or basic accounting will be considered a strong advantage.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (and regional language, if applicable)

Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting preferred

Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
