We are Hiring: Office Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced, smart, and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone tough, composed, and dependable, with a proven track record of managing high-level administrative functions in UAE government entities or non-profit organizations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in office management
  • Background in working with UAE government entities or NGOs/Foundations is a must
  • Strong command of report writing, documentation, and internal communications
  • Proficient in Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Presentation Software (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi)

-Well-organized and detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking abilities

-Experienced in handling VVIPs, high-level guests, and confidential matters with grace and professionalism
  • Extremely flexible and responsive available to work beyond office hours when needed

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows

-Serve as the primary point of contact between management, staff, partners, and high-level guests
  • Coordinate and manage executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and internal documents with accuracy and clarity
-Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of projects and initiatives across departments
  • Implement and maintain effective office systems, filing, and communication protocols
  • Liaise with government entities, vendors, and external stakeholders on administrative matters
-Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, secure, and professionally presented at all times
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
-Organize and manage logistics for VVIP visits, events, and high-profile meetings
  • Lead and supervise office support staff to ensure efficiency and professionalism

-Stay available for urgent needs, crisis support, or after-hours tasks as required
