Job Description
Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the company's growth and strengthening its market presence. The role aims to expand the company's business by developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies that contribute to increasing brand awareness and enhancing the company's position and reputation in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's market share and profitability.
- Design and implement comprehensive strategies for organic lead generation and build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead-generation and business-development initiatives.
- Focus on lead-generation strategies to expand the company's market presence in coordination with the Marketing Department.
- Focus on identifying sustainable growth opportunities and developing strategies to attract new business.
- Represent the company as its ambassador when dealing with external clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Relevant training certification in Sales or Business Development.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Strong leadership skills and strategic vision.
- Customer relationship management.
- Negotiation and sales experience.
- Lead generation, sales pipeline management, and converting leads into actual clients.
- Building strategic partnerships and managing B2B business relationships.
- Ability to present the company's value proposition convincingly to partners and potential clients.
