Job Purpose

The Senior Construction Manager will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring efficient execution, compliance with quality and safety standards, effective stakeholder coordination, and successful project delivery within approved timelines and budgets.

• Lead and manage overall construction operations across assigned projects.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, construction progress, and risk management.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve complex construction and operational challenges effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Review project schedules, engineering plans, and technical documentation.
• Drive construction efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and workforce management.
• Support project handover and final completion activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12–18 years of construction management experience.
• Strong experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale UAE construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure project environments.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Results-driven approach with focus on operational excellence.
• Experience with reputed developers or mega projects in the UAE is preferred.
