Role Summary
Compass Project Consulting is seeking experienced Construction Managers for an immediate secondment assignment with a leading developer in Dubai.
The role will support the delivery of a high-profile luxury residential development currently under construction, comprising high-end apartments and mansion villas.
We are specifically looking for contractor-background professionals with strong site-based delivery experience and practical project management capability. The successful candidates will be heavily focused on driving programme recovery, construction coordination, execution management, and QA/QC performance across assigned project areas.
This is a fast-paced site delivery role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills within a live construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned construction areas/packages through to completion
- Drive programme recovery and monitor construction progress against key milestones
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders on-site
- Monitor QA/QC compliance and ensure work is delivered to the required standards
- Identify construction risks, delays, and site coordination issues and implement mitigation measures
- Review construction activities, sequencing, and site logistics
- Support reporting, progress tracking, and coordination meetings
- Work closely with the client PM team and supervision consultants to drive delivery objectives
- Monitor contractor performance and site productivity
- Ensure safe execution of works in line with project and HSE requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 12+ years of construction experience
- Strong contractor-side background essential
- Proven experience in high-rise residential, luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments
- Strong site delivery and construction management experience
- Experience in driving programme and coordinating site execution activities
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and construction sequencing
- GCC experience required, UAE experience strongly preferred
- Available immediately or on short notice preferred
