IT & AI Automation Specialist

About Us

FlavourTech is a food manufacturing company specialising in seasonings, baking aids, functional drink mixes, and powder-based products. We have production facilities in Izmir, Türkiye and offices in Dubai. We're looking for someone to own our IT infrastructure, build AI agents that support our sales and operations, and keep everything running across both locations.

• 3+ years in IT systems administration or a similar hands-on technical role
• Solid Linux server and VPS management skills
• Experience with OpenClaw (self-hosting, building agents, connecting messaging platforms)
• Python scripting (writing automations from scratch, not just running them)
• Understanding of how sales processes work (lead funnels, follow-up sequences, CRM logic)
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar open-source ERP systems
• Comfortable with Docker, SSH, firewalls, and server security
• Experience with webhooks, cron jobs, and event-driven automation
• Someone who follows the AI/open-source space closely and enjoys experimenting
• Good communicator who can explain technical things to non-technical people
• Can work independently across time zones

• Experience with WhatsApp Business API or Telegram bot integrations
• Prompt engineering and AI agent design (building reliable task chains, not just chatbots)
• RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) setup for product catalogues or internal knowledge
• Experience with n8n, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms
• Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B export sales
• Database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
