Videographer and Editor

Job Description

We're looking for a Videographer and Editor to join our creative team! Someone who lives and breathes content, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to make brands stand out online. From brainstorming wild ideas to shooting the perfect reel, if you're hands-on and full of energy, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Ideating and executing content concepts for social media, especially Instagram and TikTok
• Leading shoots, directing talent, managing schedules, and setting the tone on set
• Supporting pre-production: creating shoot plans, call sheets, shot lists, and equipment checklists
• Shooting photos and videos that are visually engaging and brand-aligned
• Editing content for different platforms with quick turnaround
• Working closely with the strategy team to ensure ideas align with brand goals
• Archiving, organizing, and naming content correctly for easy access and reuse
• Delivering projects on time with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in content creation, both shooting and editing (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)
• Confident with DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear
• Confident in leading shoots and working with talent or clients on set
• Strong understanding of social media trends and what performs well
• Highly organized, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Able to adapt quickly on shoot days and solve problems on the go
• Experience working in fast-paced production environments or agencies is a plus
• A creative portfolio/reel that showcases both visual taste and technical skill
