Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team specializing in kitchens, wardrobes, porcelain, countertops, and interior solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and developers across the UAE.
The candidate must have excellent communication and sales skills, a strong understanding of the construction and interior design market, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities- Actively search for and generate new clients throughout the UAE.
- Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and property owners.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits and business development activities in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates.
- Identify project opportunities for kitchens, wardrobes, porcelain, and interior finishing products.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Bring prospective clients to the showroom for product presentations and selections.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
