Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service within a supply chain environment, or a background in logistics and customs
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Proficient in MS Office applications; strong experience with SAP (SD module preferred)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the key point of contact, ensuring daily communication with sales teams, customers, internal departments, warehouses, freight forwarders, and suppliers
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring timely progression and execution
- Provide customers with accurate and timely updates regarding their orders and shipments
- Proactively communicate any credit or account-related issues affecting order processing, using a professional and solution-oriented approach
- Keep customers informed of any changes to delivery timelines or shipment schedules
- Prepare commercial documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders for both inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage customer requirements efficiently, ensuring timely responses and support for documentation needs
Essentials
Fluence in English and Arabic is a plus
Degree in chemistry or similar
Desirables
At least one/two years of sales or similar experience is preferred
