Employment: Full Time

Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing LLC, a leading manufacturer in the industrial belt sector, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and internal departments.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and delivery notes.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and pricing lists.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending orders and payments.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Manage internal documentation and filing related to sales transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the team of stock status when required.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies in all sales-related processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support/admin role (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).

Salary: AED 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
