Sales Secretary cum Tele sales Executive

Employment: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-generated lead lists
- Follow up on inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email to qualify and nurture leads
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for the Sales Manager and team
- Provide detailed information to clients on available services and offerings
- Maintain high call volumes and conversion ratios on a daily/weekly basis
- Record and update all lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
- Provide direct administrative and clerical support to the Sales Manager
- Prepare and manage sales documents, presentations, contracts, and proposals
- Track and organize leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales pipelines
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain organized records, filing systems, and digital databases
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales operations
- Support with data entry, reporting, and weekly sales performance updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of combined experience in tele sales and sales secretarial/admin roles
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills over the phone
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
- Presentable, professional, and confident personality
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Female candidates preferred due to current team structure
Salary: AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
