Role - Social Media Executive

Salary - 5000-6000 AED

Type-Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Create engaging text, image, and video content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Manage daily postings, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the design and marketing team to ensure brand alignment in all content.
• Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Manage social media ad campaigns when required and coordinate with external partners if needed.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and recommend adjustments to strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing business social media accounts (13 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and best practices.
• Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Photography/videography skills are a bonus.
